Our traditional Milanese panettone is characterized by a particular note of fresh citrus fruits dictated by the mandarin and the peel of oranges and lemons. Thanks to a long natural leavening process, the dough has a vibrant color and is very soft.

Ingredients: TEN WHEAT FLOUR 00, BUTTER, sugar, egg yolks, raisins, candied orange peel, natural yeast, FRESH CREAM, citron, honey, salt, malt, fresh lemon and orange, tangerine, vanilla pods.
