dolceitaliano.it is the first italian marketplace dedicated to the world of dessert: a unique tool for the online sale and promotion of specialties and delicacies of Italian culinary excellence.
You can sell products belonging to three different categories: Eat, Drink and Make. Inside each of them you will find various high quality products: desserts, jams, wines, liqueurs, books, candied fruit, jellies and much more
You cannot sell illegal or illegally traded products, or products prohibited by our policies, such as prescription drugs, drugs, firearms, ammunition, tobacco, animals, etc. For further information visit "Selling Conditions" section.
From 1 January 2018, if you sign up on dolceitaliano.it there is a monthly cost of 39 EUR (VAT included).
There is a fixed closing fee, applied directly to the product, worth 0.99 EUR.
For the management of sales transactions of your products, regardless of the category to which the items belong, a commission of 25% will be applied.

Your first monthly subscription fee must be paid upon activation of your merchant account.
The proceeds from your sales, net of dolceitaliano.it commissions, will be credited to your current account and you will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the transfer is authorized. Your bank account details must be present in your seller profile in order to make payments. For any clarification you can contact our staff.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time you want. Just contact us through your seller profile. No long-term commitment is required to sign up. The cancellation of the subscription does not imply the refund of the monthly subscription fee paid.
To manage your orders please enter "My orders in progress" section in your personal area: there you will be able to view a summary of all orders received, including information about customer and shipments. This will give you a full picture of the situation at the current state of the page view.
Yes. The fraud protection system will protect your online payments and help you eliminate any fraudulent orders.
If the customer does not receive the requested product or receives an item other than the one ordered one, or what he expected to receive, dolceitaliano.it asks to contact the seller first. If the latter does not solve the problem, the customer can file a Complaint. When dolceitaliano.it receives the complaint, it sends the seller an automatic e-mail specifying the complaint and adding information about the order and the shipping process. Dolceitaliano.it will then establish the procedures for resolving the complaint, which may provide for the reimbursement of the order at the seller's expense.
