Pasticceria Beverara was born in Bologna in 2003 from an idea of Vincenzo Porretto, a professional pastry chef with over forty years of experience in the field. The pride of the pastry shop, and Vincenzo's specialty, are the sweet and savory brioches whose preparation makes use of natural leavening and custard made according to the old traditional recipe. The pastry shop has always supplied the best cafes and bars in Bologna with fresh brioches produced in the hours immediately preceding delivery. Among the handmade productions also stand out desserts, parfaits and wedding cakes. In 2012 Pasticceria Beverara was awarded the winning prize at the trade fair Bologna Sì Sposa Wedding Cake Expo single edition. Other awards received are: Wedding Awards 5 stars 2013, 2014 and 2015; Bollino d'oro Matrimonio.com 2014 and 2015.
