This unique wine is the result of a selection of grapes coming from a small plot of only 0.85 hectares, made up of 4 cadastral parcels (1141, 143, 142, 144) where particular microclimatic conditions allow the grapes to be covered by noble rot, giving life to a unique and unrepeatable wine.
Type: BIO, still, dry, botrytized grapes in the vineyard, 100% aged in barriques for 13 months.

Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow color with intense golden reflections. The nose is sharp and of great aromatic impact with smooth scents of peach and dehydrated apricot which are completed by herbaceous, balsamic notes, wild mint, incense and saffron. Dry, enveloping, fat flavor supported by balanced acidity that refreshes and lengthens the finish.
Serving suggestion: zucchini blossoms stuffed with basil whipped cod on slightly spicy vegetables, raw white trout in coarse salt with esetra caviar crouton and mustard ice cream, tagliolini with fresh laves with monkfish cheek, bacon and coriander; potato and parsley gnocchi stuffed with crescenza cheese with Jerusalem artichoke, thyme and rabbit.
