Natural Calabrian Zagara Honey comes from the flower that blooms on citrus trees, mainly orange, and its scent is reminiscent of spring.
The honey is produced in Amaroni, known as the Honey City of Calabria, which is located in an unspoilt area of the Mediterranean, surrounded by meadows full of flowers.
The colour is reminiscent of the Calabrian sun and the taste is rich in the aromas of flowers and fruits typical of this land.
It is widely used in cooking and definitely appreciated on white meats, shellfish au gratin and mature cheeses.
