Azienda Agrimontana is a family composed by the founder's natural descendants, the company's workers, technical and commercial collaborators, farmers, suppliers, professionals who use the products, and those who taste and benefit from the work of an entire supply chain.
Its history is a journey of approach to Nature and the interpretations in taste of pastry chefs, cooks and ice cream makers.
These are the main ingredients of Agrimontana's recipes:
• the patience to respect the biological ripening times of the fruit and the patience not to force the processing, waiting for the natural occurrence of the processes;
• sugar which, reduced to a minimum, preserves and enhances the original taste of the raw material, sublimating it;
• the dexterity of our workers in taking care of every moment of processing and the dexterity of the technology that guarantees the hygienic-sanitary aspect and lightens the impact of the processes on the finished product.
