Master of the Accadermia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani (Italian Pastry Masters Association), after years of study and research, he is now one of the best pastry chefs in Italy and his Dolce Reale restaurant is one of the most popular addresses for gourmands in Brescia and the surrounding area.
After his professional studies he follows courses with the most important Italian and European pastry chefs.
In 2002 he participated in the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg where he won the silver medal in the artistic chocolate.
In 2005 he won the bronze medal in Salzburg.
In 2006 he acquires the qualification as an expert judge at the Centro Studi Assaggiatori.
In 2006 he graduated from the University of Science of the Culinary Arts in Brussels and then attended a master of first and second level.
In 2009 he joined the prestigious "Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani".
For several years he has been working with several companies as a technical consultant and demonstrator.
