"Sinsail" is the dialect term from Piacenza which in the ancient countryside indicated the one who traded and mediated the products of the land, but it was also the creator of marriages between the sons of different wealthy families. Also in this wine the marriage was combined between grapes of different varieties (barbara and bonarda), in the certainty of an excellent union.
