"T'al digh me" (that is "te lo dico io" - I'll tell you) is a wine produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes; it is characterized, besides the structure guaranteed by the grapes used to make it, by the final smoothness given by the addition of a part of wine produced with dried grapes. Recommended for the matching with elaborated meat dishes and, in particular, with aged and blue cheese.
