The combination of Cervia's sweet salt, produced in the Cervia saltpan park, with a blend of precious cocoa varieties has given rise to this chocolate with a special and unmistakable flavour. The sweet salt enhances the extra dark 70% chocolate, creating a special flavour.
Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, Cervia sweet salt 1%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. COCOA: 70% min.
May contain traces of hazelnuts.
